BARE CENTER is a GYROTONIC® studio offering personalized sessions designed to expand and align the spine and joints. Each session is tailored to individual needs and physical limitations, with the goal of guiding the body toward a state of balance and recovery.
Instructor Gabriela Méndez López
Gabriela began her journey practicing GYROTONIC® in 2016 as part of her professional dance training. In 2020, she started her certification and career as an instructor, which has led her to teach in Florida, Mexico, and currently at her center in Valencia. Her growth as an instructor and artist is continuously evolving as she seeks to deepen her knowledge through practice.
